Port Sudan Stevedoring Company is regulated by the Minister of Labour and comply with the applicable safety regulations and security provisions, as determined by National Legislation and the ISPS Code.

A key part of this process is compliance with the appropriate regulations, specifically Sudan Labour Code, 21-6-81: “Every employer shall ensure that the health and safety at work of every person employed by the employer is protected”.


Visiting Our Operations

Safety Equipment

Visitors to all vessel operations require the following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

  • CSA-approved boots
  • High-visibility vest
  • Hard hat
